We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or damaged items.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund. Refunds are made using the original payment method. Exchange rate losses or transaction fees are borne by the customer.
