Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes about 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination.
Once shipped, the risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the carrier. Any claims must be made directly with the shipping company, in accordance with their terms and conditions. We provide a tracking number for every order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or damaged items.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, or issue a refund if the item is not available. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at checkout. Exchange rate losses or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
