We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective items. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Exchange rate losses or transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
All rights to images, logos, and designs belong to RAGGACHINA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan, as the court of first instance. However, consumer protection laws of your country of residence may take precedence.
